External Optical Drives

ASUS SDRW-08D2S-U LITE Black

Why choose it

Choose the ASUS LITE for CD and DVD writing through a USB-A port: USB power avoids a separate wall adapter, and it also writes M-DISC DVDs.¹

Before you buy

It does not read Blu-ray discs, and its bundled backup and burning software is for Windows even though the drive also supports macOS.¹²
