Other contenders

  • Seagate Game Drive for Xbox SSD 1TB

The Seagate Game Drive for Xbox SSD 1TB includes three years of Rescue recovery services. Choose it when that separate recovery support matters more than a larger archive.4

  • WD_BLACK D30 Game Drive for Xbox 1TB

For Xbox, choose the WD_BLACK D30 Game Drive 1TB for Xbox One games and a Series X|S archive. Series games must transfer to the console before playing.56

  • WD_BLACK D30 Game Drive for Xbox 2TB

Choose the 2TB D30 when your Xbox archive needs twice that capacity. Its USB 10Gb/s connection and three-year warranty match the smaller model.67

Buying advice

  • External USB storage holds PS5 games, but you must transfer them to the console’s internal storage before playing. PS4 games can run from supported external storage.12
