Toolkit should recognize the drive so that you can enable compatibility mode. The Thunderbolt 5 drive is limited to USB 3.2 Gen 2 transfer rate (10Gbps) in compatibility mode. USB4 You can connect Rugged SSD Pro5 to a USB4 port on a Windows PC. USB 10Gbps/20Gbps Port with 15W Power Delivery If your Windows PC does not include a Thunderbolt 4 or Thunderbolt 5 port, you can connect Rugged SSD Pro5 to a USB-C port that is USB 10Gbps or 20Gbps. The port must deliver a minimum of 15W to Rugged SSD Pro5. Thunderbolt 3 Port Connecting Rugged SSD Pro5 to a Thunderbolt 3 port is not supported.3
